Application Process.

Ready to Apply?

Applications for the current round of funding will close at 5pm on 07 / 08 / 2026. All applicants will hear from us with a decision by 04 / 09 / 2026.

We welcome applications from individuals living in South Lanarkshire who have a learning disability. Please note that conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, or dyspraxia (DCD) do not meet our criteria on their own. However, you are eligible to apply if you have one of these conditions alongside a learning disability.

How we prioritise applications

Our funding is limited. If we receive more applications than we can fund, we will prioritise:

• People on a low income. You may be asked to provide evidence if you tell us you receive a means-tested benefit, such as:
 - Universal Credit
 - Housing Benefit
 - Child Tax Credit or Working Tax Credit
 - Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
 - Income-related ESA or Income Support
 - Pension Credit
• First-time applicants
• Previous applicants who missed out on another funding round

Submitting your application

To give your application the best chance of success, please provide as much information and supporting evidence as possible. Applications with missing details are less likely to be considered by the Trustees.
