We welcome applications from individuals living in South Lanarkshire who have a learning disability.
Please note that conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, or dyspraxia (DCD) do not meet our criteria on their own. However, you are eligible to apply if you have one of these conditions alongside a learning disability.
Our funding is limited. If we receive more applications than we can fund, we will prioritise:
To give your application the best chance of success, please provide as much information and supporting evidence as possible. Applications with missing details are less likely to be considered by the Trustees.

Grants of up to £1,000 are available for things that will make life a little brighter. Grants may be used flexibly and can contribute towards things like:
• Holidays or short breaks
• Days out
• Travel costs
• Clubs, hobbies or activities
• Sports, play or leisure equipment
• Digital devices, software or subscriptions
• Assistive technology
• Aids & adaptations recommended by physios / OTs but not available via central budgets

• School or tuition fees
• Medical treatment, equipment or medicines
• Financial hardship e.g. living expenses, rent, utility bills etc
• Retrospective applications.
The application must be for a future payment. We cannot award grants for expenses already incurred.
